ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 Points Table: Hello, Good Morning from the deck of Cricbails. ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 has already started from 4th March 2022. A total of 8 teams are participating in this mega tournament.

All the participating teams are India Women, New Zealand Women, Australia Women, Bangladesh Women, Pakistan Women, West Indies Women, England Women. Each team has played two matches till 9th march except India and South Africa Women.

Australian Women’s team with 2 wins in two matches they played in this world cup are table topper. Australian Women’s team played their first match versus England Women’s and beat them by 12 runs with the help of Rachel Haynes’s 130 runs and Captains Meg Lanning’s 86s knocks while Alana King was the most successful bowler of the match with three scalps.

In The second match, Australia Women’s played with Bismaah Maroof’s Pakistan Women’s team and won this match with 7 wickets in hand with the help of Alyssa Healy’s 72 while Alana King bagged 2 wickets to restrict the Pakistan Women team in 190 runs in 50 overs.

2 – West Indies Women’s:

West Indies Women’s team with 2 wins in two matches they played in this world cup are in 2nd spot in the points table. West Indies Women’s team played their first match versus New Zealand Women’s and won the match by 3 runs with the help of Hayley Matthews’s 119 runs and 2 wickets while Deandra Dottin’s grabbed 2 wickets in just 5 balls and snatched the victory from New Zealand team.

In The second match, West Indies Women beat Heather Knight’s England Women’s team by 7 runs. Shemaine Campbelle’s 66 runs and Shamila Connell grabbed 3 wickets to ensure the victory while Anisa Mohammad’s bagged 2 wickets in the final over to win the match.

3 – India Women’s

Indian Women’s team with 1 win in 1 match they played in this world cup are in 3rd spot in the points table. Indian Women’s team played their first match versus their Premier Rival Pakistan Women’s Cricket team and beat them by 107 runs. Deepti Sharma had 40 runs and 1 wicket and Pooja Vastrakar 67 runs and Rajeshwari Gayakwad picked 4 wickets and played a major role in the victory.

4 – South African Women

South Africa Women’s team with 1 win in 1 match they played in this world cup are in 4th spot in the points table. South Africa Women’s team played their first match versus Nigar Sultana’s Bangladesh Women’s Cricket team and beat them by 32 runs. Marizanne Kapp scored 42 runs and picked 1 wicket while Ayabonga Khaka bagged 4 wickets to ensure victory against the Bangladesh women’s team.

5 – New Zealand Women

New Zealand Women’s team with 1 win and 1 loss in two matches they played in this world cup are in 5th spot in the points table. New Zealand Women’s team lost their first match to West Indies Women’s by 3 runs. Sophie Devine’s 108 runs and Lea Tahuhu’s 3fer goes in vain as they couldn’t lead New Zealand to win over the West Indies team.

In The second match, New Zealand Women beat Nigar Sultana’s Bangladesh Women’s team by 9 wickets in rain-affected match. Amy  Satterthwaite grabbed 3 wickets to restrict Bangladesh women in the score of 140 in 27 overs while Suzie Bates 79 and Amelia Kerr’s 47 runs helped New Zealand to win over the Bangladesh women’s cricket team.

6 – England Women

England Women’s Cricket team with 2 losses in two matches they played in this world cup are in 6th spot in the points table. England Women’s team lost their first match to Australia Women’s by 12 runs. Nat Sciver’s 109 runs and 2 wickets and Tammy Beaumont’s 74 runs goes in vain as England suffers a loss to the Australian Women’s team.

In The second match, England Women lost their second game in a row to West Indies Women’s by 7 runs. Tammy Beaumont’s 46 and Sophie Eccelstone’s 3 wickets goes in vain as England Women’s cricket again suffers a loss to West Indies Women’s cricket team.

7 – Bangladesh Women

Bangladesh Women’s Cricket team with 2 losses in two matches they played in this world cup are in 7th spot in the points table. Bangladesh Women’s team lost their first match to Sune Luus’s South Africa Women’s team by 32 runs. Sharmin Akhtar’s 34 runs and Fariha Trisna and Jahanara Alam’s 3 wicket and two scalps respectively goes in vain as Bangladesh suffers a loss to the South African Women’s team.

In The second match, Bangladesh Women lost their second game in a row to Sophie Devine’s New Zealand Women’s team by 9 wickets. Fargana Hoque’s 52 goes in vain as Bangladesh Women’s cricket was not able to manage a win over New Zealand Women’s cricket team.

8 – Pakistan Women

Pakistan Women’s Cricket team with 2 losses in two matches they played in this world cup are backbencher in the points table. Pakistan Women’s team lost their first match to Their Premier Raval India Women’s cricket team by 107 runs. Sidra Ameen with the 30 runs was the top run-getter of their team in the match while Nida Dar and Nashra Sandhu bagged 2-2 wickets but couldn’t manage to win over the Indian Women’s Cricket team.

In The second match, Pakistan Women lost their second game in a row to Meg Lanning’s Australia Women’s team by 7 wickets. Captain Bismaah Maroof’s 78 run and Aliya Riaz’s 53 runs goes in vain as Pakistan Women’s cricket was unable to beat Australia Women’s Cricket team.
